Made with 32-count 100% long-staple cotton yarn, custom-woven and dyed to ensure color consistency with the original. The gray version features specially blended yarn, heavily dyed in vats to recreate a unique color depth. The yarn undergoes a fine spinning process, resulting in a soft, delicate feel and extremely high skin-friendliness, far superior to ordinary cotton yarn. The 3D cable knit technique uses imported German STOLL equipment, resulting in a smooth surface and clear texture. The entire garment utilizes a high-difficulty 6×6 cable knit, with each stitch repeatedly adjusted to highly replicate the 3D effect and fluffiness of the original cable knit. Each piece takes up to 180 minutes to knit (excluding sewing). Only 8 pieces are produced every 24 hours, prioritizing quality over time. The small pony logo on the chest is patterned multiple times using imported Behringer machines, resulting in neat stitching and a full, 3D appearance. The entire garment uses custom-made YKK locomotive zippers. The bronze zipper pulls and teeth undergo multiple spray coating and electroplating processes, giving them a premium feel. The zipper pulls are made of genuine leather with a sealed oil edge process, and the thickness is consistent with the original. The black version has a black leather pull, while the apricot/grey version has a brown leather pull. Strict color differentiation is maintained, rejecting the perfunctory “one-color-for-all” approach. Custom-made original care labels and size labels are included. Multi-washable, unisex.
Washing recommendations: Hand wash or gentle machine wash. For machine washing, please use a separate laundry bag for gentle machine washing. Do not tumble dry or wash in hot water.
