Most coronated yarns on the market contain cotton, are stiffer, and do not achieve the original effect, with significant color differences. Our custom-made coronated yarn involves multiple processes, including spinning the raw core, secondary processing, and weaving the yarn onto the machine. The machine speed cannot be too high, as this easily leads to fraying, which ruins the sweater. After this, dyeing is performed using a high-temperature dyeing vat; insufficient temperature will result in uneven dyeing. High-temperature vats are rarely seen in dyeing plants. Generally, dyeing takes 12 hours, followed by several hours of low-temperature drying; higher temperatures will ruin the garment. After dyeing, brushing can only be done on a slow machine; faster machines can cause issues with coarse and fine fibers. To best replicate the original design, the logo is made exactly the same. The fabric is knitted using a German-made machine (valued at 470,000 RMB) at a parallel, even speed, taking 270 minutes per garment. All knots are manually smoothed during the knitting process, achieving a 95% knot-free rate. Unlike ordinary computerized flat knitting machines that are often used at maximum speed for speed, resulting in inconsistent stitch sizes, patterns, and designs, this garment features straight, fine stitches, a comfortable and soft fabric, and consistent color with no color difference.
