●Description: The main body of the jacket is made of washed twill woven fabric, with retro check fabric used for the seams. The two fabrics have different weights and shrinkage rates, requiring separate pre-shrinking and setting processes before production. If the fabric pre-treatment is inadequate, the two fabrics will shrink differently after the garment is finished, easily resulting in stretching, wrinkling, and unevenness at the seams. The collar is constructed from a solid-color base fabric and a plaid panel. During sewing, the tension of the two layers must be continuously balanced, and the curvature of the collar corners strictly controlled to ensure symmetrical and upright collar lines, preventing bubbling and misalignment. The plaid cuffs are separate panels; the plaid pattern is aligned during cutting to ensure uniformity in the cuff lines and consistent horizontal seams, maintaining a harmonious appearance. The front panel features a concealed placket construction with multiple overlapping panels and noticeable thickness variations. Sewing pressure and stitch length are dynamically adjusted to avoid skipped stitches and wavy seams. Adjustable loops are located on both sides of the hem, requiring precise positioning of small auxiliary pieces. The slanted pockets are embedded, seamlessly connecting to the garment body without disrupting its clean lines. The vertical seam lines are precisely aligned to ensure a square, boxy silhouette and prevent asymmetry or uneven hemlines. The stitching is straight and delicate, the fabric is comfortable and soft, and the color is consistent with no color difference. It can be paired with similar items to create a stylish look, suitable for various occasions. Custom accessories are available, and all three labels are complete!
